Resplendent is a public relations and social media agency based in Austin, TX, working with hospitality, food and beverage, CPG, and lifestyle brands. We strive to create impactful campaigns that generate media buzz, enhance brand reputation, and drive business growth for our clients.
We’re hiring a Public Relations Senior Account Executive with a strong background in food and beverage PR to lead the day-to-day execution of client accounts within strategies set by an Account Supervisor or Account Director. This role is intended for someone with deep media relationships, a strong understanding of the hospitality landscape, and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives while providing thoughtful guidance to both clients and junior team members.
Role Overview
The Senior Account Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of PR account work across assigned clients. This person translates strategy set with the Account Supervisor or Account Director into strong execution, polished client communication, thoughtful media outreach, and clear next steps.

This role requires strong food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle media instincts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to proactively flag risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
This is not a department leadership role. It is a senior account execution role for someone who can own the work, communicate clearly, and drive results without day-to-day micromanagement.
