Limegreen, a fast-casual Southeast Asian eatery from local founders Ngoc Phan, Annie Pham and Minh Phan, partnered with Resplendent to announce the opening of their first location in Austin’s West Campus. Blending the vibrant, herbaceous flavors of Vietnamese cuisine with the speed and flexibility of a modern fast-casual model, Limegreen offers a build-your-own menu of bánh mì, pho, rice and noodle bowls, wings, crispy rolls and more, all made to order with quality ingredients and house-made sauces. Guests can view the ingredients and fully customize their dishes as they move through the ordering line, reinforcing the restaurant’s commitment to a transparent and interactive experience.
As the brand’s first concept, they were seeking support in building awareness and visibility for the restaurant, especially within the highly competitive, fast-casual environment on campus.
Resplendent executed a three-month opening campaign for Limegreen, which included a press release announcing the new location, a grand opening event planned and produced in collaboration with the Limegreen owners, and a private media preview held ahead of the public launch.
