One of the most prestigious craft cocktail bars in the United States, The Roosevelt Room was conceived when award-winning bartenders Justin Lavenue and Dennis Gobis joined up to create “a ‘classically modern’ cocktail bar that is free of pretense, where hospitality comes first and where guests can enjoy a vast array of cocktails both old and new.” The large menu focuses on detail-oriented classic cocktails, as well as adventurous and unique libations created by the staff.

Justin and Dennis reached out to help garner national press for The Roosevelt Room. The ultimate goal for this exposure was to gain national accolades including a Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards nomination.
